We’re eager to spread our fresh food and Love Your Neighbor culture across the United States, with an emphasis on the Southeast (specifically: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia). We Are Looking For Sites That Fit The Following Criteria.
– Size should be 0.85 to 1.3 acres
– 8-car drive-thru stack with room for at least 3 pull-ahead spots
– Room for 35 to 40 parking spaces
– Room for our 2900-sq ft prototype building
In Addition, We Take Into Account Other Measures, Including:
– Ease of ingress/egress — minimum two points of access from two streets
– Corner spot — far side of signalized intersection on the PM side
– Shopping centers, places of employment and leisure destinations all in close proximity to the site
– High visibility – unrestricted from major streets
